POW Permeātor™ Wallpaper Remover is a safe, clear, non-toxic, non-irritating, non-corrosive, wetting agent (surfactant) that is specially formulated to remove wallpaper, release all glues to easily remove wallpaper, remove paste, and removes border paper even removes wallpaper on unsized walls.  Unlike other wallpaper removers, POW Permeātor™ reduces much of the work removing wallpaper.

MIXING

Add 1 fl. oz. (4 capfuls) of POW Permeātor™ concentrate to 32 fl. oz. of water or 4 fl. oz. of POW Permeātor™ to 1 gallon of water. One (1) 12 oz. bottle of POW Permeātor™ concentrate makes twelve (12) - 32 fl. oz. spray bottles or 3 gallons of wallpaper remover.

APPLYING

Just spray POW Permeātor™ on an area of wallpaper to be removed (one sheet at a time), working from top to bottom. POW works in 60 seconds so don’t let the wallpaper dry before peeling. When paper turns dark, peel or scrape it off.  Once the wallpaper is removed, remove any residual paste by spraying POW Permeātor™ on small area, and wiping with clean rag or paper towel until area is no longer sticky.  If the top layer of paper is vinyl, peel it off or score with a scoring tool first. Coarse sandpaper is effective for scoring in many cases.  Continue to wet area, and then remove wallpaper backing and paste.
